What is in the box, and what is in the book

This kit holds the physical supplies for the 8 hands-on experiments, along with our Real Science-4-Kids materials, made for these kits and not sold separately. You read the chapters in Science Book 2, then use the supplies in this kit whenever a chapter has a matching hands-on experiment. The step-by-step instructions and student lab pages are not printed in the box; they come from any of the sources below. A few common household items are also not included and must be parent or instructor supplied.

The step-by-step experiment instructions and student lab pages are available in more than one format, so you can use whichever you already have:
