Important information about printing and shipping your booksMost orders ship directly from our warehouse in Tempe, Arizona, and typically leave our facility within 1-2 business days. If a title is temporarily out of stock, it may require a short print restock period of approximately two weeks before shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
ShippingYour book will ship AFTER it is printed. If you choose faster shipping it will ship faster, but we have no control over the print time.
DeliveryAfter your book is shipped you will receive a notification that your order has been fulfilled. This comes directly from our print provider. If you have selected faster shipping your books will arrive more quickly than standard shipping, but keep in mind this is only the shipping time, not the printing time.
